We highly recommend staying on property at Old Waverly or Mossy Oak. Uber and other rideshare services are very limited in West Point, so getting to and from the property can be difficult unless you have arranged your own transportation or have a designated driver. When booking your accommodations, please let the lodge know that you're with the Buell &amp; Bryan Wedding so they can ensure you're included with our group. Most rooms and cottages accommodate up to four guests, making them a great option to share with friends. Splitting a room or cottage is highly recommended.

Our closest local airport, and the one that best accommodates our out of town guests, is Golden Triangle Regional Airport, located just 20 minutes from West Point. The airport offers American Airlines service through Dallas/Fort Worth and Delta Air Lines service through Atlanta, making it easy to connect no matter where you are traveling from.IMPORTANT: Old Waverly does offer shuttle service to the GTR airport for pickup and drop-off.

Another local airport option is Tupelo Regional Airport, located about one hour north of West Point. The airport offers Contour Airlines service with direct flights to Dallas/Fort Worth and Nashville, providing convenient connections.

Old Waverly holds a special place in Sims's heart. Founded by her grandfather, George W. Bryan Sr., the club has been part of her family's story for generations. Since opening in 1988, Old Waverly has become one of the South's premier golf destinations and has proudly hosted the 1999 U.S. Women's Open, the 2006 U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur, and the 2019 U.S. Women's Amateur. For Sims, Old Waverly has always been much more than a golf course. She grew up riding around in golf carts, swimming at the pool, and making lifelong memories with her cousins and family. We are so grateful to celebrate our wedding in a place that means so much to our family and is filled with memories and lasting traditions. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Mossy Oak is Old Waverly's sister course and a beautiful extension of everything we love about this special place. Opened in 2016, it celebrates the natural beauty of Mississippi while carrying on the same Southern hospitality that make Old Waverly feel like home.Whether you're staying on property, playing a round of golf, or simply enjoying the beautiful scenery, we hope you'll have the chance to experience all that Mossy Oak or Old Waverly has to offer.
